About the Role

Role Overview: Wearelooking for enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executives to join our Noida team. This is an entry-level role ideal for freshers who are passionate about education and eager to begin a career in sales and customer engagement. You will play a key role in expanding Unacademys user base by connecting with potential learners and helping them choose the right educational offerings.

Responsibilities

- Key Responsibilities:
- Generateleadsthroughcalls, referrals, and social media outreach.
- Connectwithpotential learners and clearly explain course offerings and value propositions.
- Conductfollow-ups to convert leads into enrollments.
- Achievedaily andmonthly targets for outreach and conversions.
- Maintainaccurate records of interactions and lead status in CRM tools.




- Collaboratewith internal teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for learners.

Qualifications

- Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in any field (graduation is mandatory).

Required Skills

- Strongverbal andwritten communication skills.
- Ability tohandle objections and close sales effectively.
- Basicunderstanding of the EdTech domain is a plus.
- Fresherswith awillingness to learn and grow are highly encouraged to apply.
