About the job

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Zonal Manager Admissions to lead admission operations across the assigned zone, drive enrolment targets, manage teams, and strengthen the student acquisition and conversion pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage admissions and counselling teams across the assigned zone.
- Drive UG/PG admission targets, lead conversion and enrolment growth .
- Develop and execute zonal admission strategies based on market potential and business objectives.
- Monitor the complete lead-to-admission funnel , including lead generation, follow-ups, counselling and conversions.
- Track team performance through daily/weekly MIS, KPIs and conversion metrics .
- Manage CRM data, lead allocation, follow-up discipline and pipeline quality.
- Identify current markets, institutions, referral channels and other student acquisition opportunities.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Digital Marketing, Counselling and other stakeholders to maximize admissions.
- Analyse competitor activities,



market trends and admission performance to support business decisions.
- Ensure a consistent and positive student/parent experience throughout the admission journey.
- Coach, mentor and develop the admissions team to improve productivity and conversions.
- Ensure effective execution of admission campaigns, events, outreach activities and conversion initiatives.
