Now Hiring: Global SAP S/4HANA Functional Data Consultant – Source to Pay, CoupaWe are hiring for our client!Location: India | 100% RemoteDuration: 12 MonthsWork Arrangement: Fully RemoteTeam: Global | APAC & EMEAAvailability: Candidates available to start on short notice are preferredWe are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Functional Data Consultant to support a large-scale global S/4HANA transformation program.This is an excellent opportunity for a senior SAP functional and data professional who understands business processes, SAP master data, data migration, and global ERP transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with global business stakeholders to define data requirements aligned with standardized S/4HANA processesTranslate business process requirements into master and transactional data requirementsSupport global template design, data harmonization, standardization, and governanceDefine data objects, attributes, mandatory fields, business rules, validations, and derivationsSupport data cleansing, enrichment, mapping, migration, validation, and reconciliationParticipate in mock conversions, data loads, migration testing, and cutover activitiesEnsure data quality and readiness for end-to-end business process executionCollaborate with Business Process Owners, SAP Functional Teams,



and Data Enablement teamsSupport global transformation initiatives across multiple regions and business functionsMust-Have Qualifications1o+ years of SAP functional experience with a strong data focusHands-on experience with SAP S/4HANAS/4HANA Greenfield implementation experience strongly preferredExperience with large-scale global SAP/ERP implementationsStrong knowledge of SAP master data objects, including Material, Vendor/Business Partner, BOM, PIRs, Source Lists, Outline Agreements, Pricing, Routings, Customer, etc.Robust experience with data migration, data mapping, cleansing, harmonization, and validationUnderstanding of S/4HANA data model changes vs. ECCCoupa experience – HUGE PLUSStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to work effectively across global, cross-functional teamsPreferred / Standout QualificationsStrong SAP MM / Procurement / Source-to-Pay (STP/S2P) experienceCoupa experience – HUGE PLUSSAP MDG or similar data governance experienceExperience with SAP Migration Cockpit, ADM, LVM, or ETL toolsPrevious experience as a Functional Data Lead / Data Domain Lead / Process Data LeadExperience defining global templates and harmonized data modelsKnowledge of data quality tools and metricsExperience in manufacturing, building materials, or asset-intensive industriesIdeal Candidate ProfileSAP S/4HANA + Greenfield + Procurement/STP + Master Data + Data Migration + Global ERP ImplementationCandidates with Coupa + SAP S/4HANA + Procurement + Functional Data experience are especially encouraged to apply.Interview Timing: The hiring manager will be on PTO from October 5–19, so candidates should expect potential delays in interview scheduling and feedback during this period.Interested?
