Job Title: AI Trainer
Location: Sanand, Gujarat (Traveling role)
Travel: As per the project need

Position Overview:

The AI Trainer will facilitate school-level training
sessions, support teachers and students in implementing the AI curriculum, and
ensure high-quality standardised delivery of AI education across assigned
schools. The trainer will act as an on-ground resource for classroom needs,
teacher handholding, and project monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

● Teacher Training & Support: Conduct
training workshops on basic/advanced AI curriculum modules (OCR,
speech-to-speech translation, object recognition, image generation). Mentor
teachers in lesson planning, classroom delivery, and provide ongoing support
through school visits/group sessions.

● Curriculum Delivery & Adaptation: Ensure
hands-on, engaging AI content delivery that aligns with NEP 2020 and NCF 2023.
Design contextual activities with local relevance.

● Project Coordination: Work
with the project coordinator and field teams for curriculum rollout;
participate in training logistics and events.

● Data Collection & Reporting: Track
teacher and session performance using defined tools; contribute to
monthly/quarterly program reports and help generate insights for improvement.

● Stakeholder Engagement: Build
relationships with school leadership, teachers, and government officials to
facilitate smooth program delivery and continuity. Represent the training
component at meetings.

● Resource & Content Support: Guide
use of AI toolkits and devices; troubleshoot and support beginner-friendly AI
tools; coordinate timely delivery of digital materials.

Requirements

Minimum Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree (Education, Computer
Science, Engineering, IT, STEM or related).

- 1–2 years of experience in teacher training,
education program implementation (STEM/tech/vocational fields preferred).

- Prior experience with government or
low-resource schools strongly preferred.

- Familiarity with / Interest to learn AI
tools/platforms for education (OCR, image/speech recognition, translation).

- Skilled in Google Workspace, Excel, and basic
reporting tools.

- Fluent in Gujarati (spoken/written); working
knowledge of English and Hindi.

Skills & Competencies:

- Solid knowledge of foundational AI tools for
education; comfortable with open-source platforms.

- Effective verbal and written communication
(Gujarati, English)

- Pedagogical alignment: ability to adapt for
diverse student needs.
