Role & responsibilities

- Responsible for all external lab study-level activities and communication.
- Primary liaison/point of contact with the external laboratory and the IQVIA Laboratories operational team.

LNS Study Management

- Confirms test information obtained by Scientific Support Team (SST) and/or LNS Alliance Manager during the proposal phase, and obtains missing information from the third-party lab if needed.
- Confirms correct pricing or inclusion of LNS Fees on budget with the Project Manager.
- Prepares the Work Order for the study with the study PM and oversees workflow to completion.
- May attend BD Handover, Design Call/Kickoff, and Financial Handover meetings.
- Gathers test related metadata and submits requests for Test Codes.
- Completes LNS Specifications form for the study.
- Provides test code and roster information to Setup Manager.
- Submits Via ticket for Data Import request form.




- Provides on-going support to internal study team upon request to ensure samples and results are managed in accordance to study requirements throughout the study lifetime.
- Works with LNS Alliance Manager, LNS QA Manager, external lab, and internal study team to investigate, conduct root cause analysis, and review external lab CAPA plan to resolve quality incidents and/or sponsor complaints that may arise during the study.
- Works with external lab and Data Management to ensure all data queries are resolved.
- Provides support to LNS Alliance Manager and Finance upon request to support invoice payments to the LNS Labs and revenue reconciliation.
