Key Responsibilities

- Manage quality across dyeing, processing and finishing of woven fabrics.
- Monitor key quality parameters including shade, GSM, width, shrinkage, colour fastness, strength and fabric appearance.
- Drive RFT, defect reduction, rejection and reprocessing improvement.
- Conduct RCA, CAPA and quality improvement initiatives.
- Handle customer complaints, quality audits and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with Production, Processing, R&D;, Merchandising and Sales teams.
- Lead, train and develop the Quality team.

Candidate Profile

- B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Textile Engineering / Textile Technology.
- 812 years of experience in textile processing quality.
- Strong hands-on experience in woven fabric dyeing, processing and finishing.
- Positive knowledge of textile testing, quality systems, RCA/CAPA and customer quality standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
