Credit Manager LAP | Ahmedabad
Experience: 4 - 8 Years | Product: Loan Against Property (LAP)

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate & sanction LAP proposals within approved limits.
- Conduct PD/site visits, including Gamtar property cases, for credit assessment.
- Analyse financials, repayment capacity & validate customer profile.
- Ensure strict credit policy adherence, documentation & risk checks.
- Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Technical & Operations for smooth processing.
- Monitor portfolio quality & identify early risk signals.
- Maintain MIS, ensure audit compliance & support disbursement TAT.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance/Commerce.
- 4 - 8 years of experience in LAP credit underwriting.
- Sanctioning Authority experience mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in Gamtar property cases is required.
- Robust analytical, decision-making & communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office & credit systems.
