Senior Odoo developer who owns dedicated client projects end-to-end, leads a small dev pod, and integrates Odoo with third-party systems. You'll act as the technical face for clients on requirement gathering and support.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Accounting, CRM, HR, Inventory) on v13-v19
- Build RESTful API / JSON integrations with third-party applications
- Run end-to-end Odoo migrations, deployments, and performance tuning on Linux + Git
- Lead a small dev team - code review, quality, on-time delivery
- Communicate directly with clients on requirements and technical support
Requirements
- Deep Odoo ORM, models, workflows, and business-logic customization
- XML, QWeb reports, JavaScript with the OWL framework
- Odoo security: ACLs, record rules, access rights
- Solid analytical, decision-making, and client-relationship skills
- Documentation and testing discipline
