Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).
- GST compliance, tax liability computation, and ITC reconciliation.
- Handling GSTR-2A/2B reconciliations and vendor GST follow-ups.
- Managing Accounts Payable (vendor invoices, payments, reconciliations) and Accounts Receivable (customer invoicing, collections tracking, debtor reconciliations).
- Bank reconciliations and support in monthly and yearly closing activities.
- E-Way Bill generation and maintenance of GST records.
- Responding to GST notices and coordinating with auditors and consultants.
- Preparation of MIS reports and support in statutory, internal, and tax audits.
Desired Skills
- Robust knowledge of GST and Indirect Taxation.
- Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and statutory compliance.
- Working knowledge of Tally/ERP and Advanced Excel.
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
