Key Responsibilities
- Drive motor insurance sales through the agency channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and support business growth.
- Recruit, train, and guide insurance advisors/agents.
- Ensure timely reporting and adherence to company processes.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Motor Insurance, General Insurance, Agency Channel, or Insurance Sales.
- Positive communication and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.
- Team-handling experience will be an added advantage.
