Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive to join our team. The role will primarily involve phone-based sales, cold calling, customer interaction and lead follow-ups.

- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Explain our insurance solutions clearly and understand customer requirements.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls.
- Build good relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
- Work towards achieving assigned sales targets.
- Learn about insurance products and improve product knowledge continuously.

Preferred candidate profile

- Good verbal communication skills are essential.
- Comfortable and confident speaking with customers over the phone.




- Willingness to make regular cold calls.
- Good listening and convincing skills.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers can apply if they have good communication skills and are willing to learn.
