Job Description

- Develop and grow Saathis sales and distribution network across India, with a focus on Corporate Sales,Modern Trade, Large Retail Chains, CSR Sales, Institutional Sales, B2B partnerships, Distributor Networks,General Trade, E-commerce, and International Sales.
- Identify, approach, and convert current business opportunities across corporates, retailers, institutions, CSR,partners, distributors, modern trade accounts, and international buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, business partners, distributors, institutional,clients, and retail accounts to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Support the expansion of Saathis sustainable period care products into new cities, sales channels, retail networks, institutional programs, and international markets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activity, pricing, trade margins, sales,schemes, and new growth opportunities.
- Work on business development activities including client outreach,



sales pitches, proposal support,partnership discussions, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, operations, production, logistics, and management to ensure smooth execution of sales opportunities and customer requirements.
- Represent Saathi at client meetings, exhibitions, trade events, institutional meetings, business development visits, and market visits whenever required.
- Support the creation and execution of sales strategies, trade schemes, channel plans, and market development initiatives.
- Track customer feedback, market response, sales performance, and new opportunities to support the overall growth of the brand.
- Work towards achieving sales targets and contributing to Saathis mission of making sustainable, plastic-free period care products more accessible across India and global markets.
