- Call Management: Execute inbound and outbound calls with patients, caregivers, and healthcare stakeholders.
- Patient Intake: Conduct full clinical intake for new and returning patients, ensuring all data is ready for telehealth providers.
- Scheduling: Manage the medical calendar, including booking, confirming, and rescheduling appointments.
- Guidance: Provide patients with transparent instructions on telehealth technology, pre-visit prep, and post-visit next steps.

- Experience: 2-3 years in a US-facing healthcare process
- Communication: Native or near-native US accent is strictly required.
- Knowledge: Proficient in US healthcare terminology and HIPAA-compliant communication.
