Job Overview

N D Savla & Associates is looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation compliance, and team coordination. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, financial statements, and finalization of books of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure timely and accurate updates in the accounting system by the team.
- Monitor cash flows and analyze revenue, expenses, and balance sheet movements.
- Review and prepare monthly MIS reports, financial reports, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate filing and documentation of financial and statutory records.
- Prepare and review workings related to GST, TDS, and other statutory taxes.
- Assist in the preparation and review of Income Tax Returns and financial statements.
- Handle finalization of books of accounts in accordance with applicable accounting and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with Income Tax and GST authorities, including responding to notices and attending departmental visits when required.
- Allocate work,



guide junior team members, and provide on-the-job training and support.
- Coordinate with business partners and internal stakeholders for planning, forecasting, and financial requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting and compliance activities.
- Perform other accounting, taxation, and client-related responsibilities as assigned.
- Required Skills & Qualifications

- Any Graduate with 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
- Good working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
- Experience in finalization of books of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
- Good knowledge of MIS, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage and guide junior team members.
- Experience handling accounting work for non-financial sector clients is preferred.
- Should be comfortable with coordination and visits to government/tax departments when required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

- 6 days working
- Sunday off
- 2nd & 4th Saturday off
- Office timing: 10:00 AM TO 7:00 PM
