We are currently expanding our enterprise application practice and looking for a seasoned Java Developer for our office/client location in Navi Mumbai.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, high-performing Java Developer with 5+ years of experience to design, develop, and scale enterprise-grade web applications. You will work closely with architects, product owners, and engineering teams to build robust backend systems, write clean code, and optimize application performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and design patterns.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.




- Collaborate with front-end developers, database engineers, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Troubleshoot, debug, optimize system performance, and resolve technical bottlenecks swiftly.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural and technical discussions.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of hands-on qualified software development experience primarily focused on Core Java and Advanced Java (Java 8/11/17).
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Microservices architecture.
- Experience with relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and writing optimized SQL queries/procedures.
- Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and caching mechanisms (Redis).
- Hands-on experience with version control tools (Git), build tools (Maven/Gradle), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications & Tech Stack Notes

- Knowledge or exposure to Quarkus framework is an added plus/optional bonus.
- Experience working within enterprise domains such as Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a very short notice period are strongly preferred.
