Responsibilities

- Planning, executing, managing and supervising end-to-end events and workshops across all Ajivasan Music Academy branches in Mumbai.
- Coordinating logistics and promotional activities for events in Bengaluru.
- Calling and following up with registered and interested clients/students to maximize enrollments and ticket sales.
- Ideating and curating events and workshops for both existing students and external participants.
- Tracking, following up, and maintaining a detailed financial database (expenses and revenues) for all events and activations.
- Planning promotions and marketing strategies for each event and activation.
- Pre-planning events at least one month in advance in alignment with the yearly activity calendar.
- Ensuring each event and activation is executed in a highly professional manner.




- Driving solid reach for events and supervising pre- and post-event content creation for promotional and showcase purposes.
- Managing calls and enrollments for all Academy-related events and activities.
