- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and develop solutions.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to inform product development decisions.
- Develop detailed BRD (Business Requirement Document) or FRD (Functional Requirement Document) documents for projects.
- Ensure effective communication of project progress and outcomes to stakeholders through regular reporting.
Job Requirements :
- 6-12 years of experience in Business Analysis or related field.
- Candidates must have experience into Mobile banking ( 2 projects atleast)
- Robust understanding of business analysis principles, including requirement gathering, documentation, and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in creating comprehensive BRD/FRD documents using standard templates.
