- Design and develop architectural designs, working drawings, and specifications for various projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare detailed estimates of materials, labor costs, and timelines for construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards in all aspects of design and construction.
Job Requirements :
- 5-20 years of experience in architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency in Autocad software for drafting and design purposes.
- Solid understanding of architecture principles, including spatial relationships, scale, proportion, lighting, color theory etc.
