- The Computer Operator Export will be responsible for handling export documentation, shipment records, banking coordination, courier operations, and daily administrative support for the export department.
Key Responsibilities : -
- Handle email communication and correspondence in English.
- Work efficiently on MS Excel and MS Word for export documentation and reports.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
- Generate E-Way Bills for shipments.
- Handle Inward and Outward Remittance bank documentation.
- Coordinate with banks for IRM closure and export-related banking formalities.
- Follow up with banks for packing credit against purchase orders.
- Check and monitor Shipping Bill status on DGFT and ICEGATE portals.
- Handle RoSCTL and Duty Drawback documentation and follow-ups.
- Prepare shipment checklists and Bill of Lading (BL) drafts.
- Process and maintain PIMS Certificates.
- Book domestic and international couriers through DHL, UPS, and FedEx.
- Maintain shipment records, documentation, and MIS reports.
- Resolve courier-related issues and prepare LOA and Value Declaration documents.
- Handle documentation related to Textile Fair operations and forms.
- Manage Bank Forex Card issuance and reload requests.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of export documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile : -
- Good English speaking and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Email operations.
- Basic knowledge of export documentation and shipping procedures.
- Familiarity with DGFT, ICEGATE, RoSCTL, and Duty Drawback processes.
- Ability to coordinate with banks, courier partners, and internal teams.
- Good record-keeping, documentation, and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Qualification : -
- Graduate (B.Com preferred)
- Positive English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge with strong MS Office skills.
Experience : -
- Minimum Experience: 1-2 years
- Preferred Experience: Export documentation, logistics, or garment export operations.
