- Install, test, and commission access control systems, CCTV cameras, fire alarm systems, public address systems, and VESDA smoke detection systems.
- Troubleshoot issues with BMS (Building Management System) software and hardware to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct site visits to identify faults in the installed equipment and provide solutions or escalate as necessary.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues related to building services.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in servicing electronic security systems such as access control, CCTV, fire alarm, PA systems etc. .
- Robust knowledge of IBMS (Integrated Building Management System) protocols and standards.
- Experience working on large commercial properties or high-rise buildings preferred.
