About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on B2B marketer who can understand a specialised business, identify the right audiences and translate our capabilities into clear, relevant and commercially meaningful marketing initiatives.

You will work closely with the founder and Sales team across marketing strategy, campaigns, market research, content, lead generation and sales enablement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both thinking and execution, someone who can plan a campaign, execute it, analyse the results and improve it.

What You'll Do

- Plan and execute B2B marketing and email campaigns
- Research target markets, companies and decision-makers
- Develop targeted outreach and lead-generation initiatives
- Create concise, professional content for LinkedIn, email and sales collateral
- Work with Sales on campaigns, prospects and market feedback
- Track campaign performance and use insights to improve results
- Support Yajur's brand positioning and marketing strategy

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Hands-on experience with email campaigns and lead generation




- Solid understanding of B2B audiences and customer journeys
- Experience working with Sales / Business Development teams
- Strong communication, research and analytical skills
- Ability to understand and market a complex B2B service offering
- Experience with CRM, email marketing, LinkedIn/Sales Navigator or marketing automation tools is an advantage

Experience in financial services, investment banking, M&A;, consulting, professional services or B2B businesses will be an advantage, but is not mandatory.
