We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Associate - Passenger Revenue Accounting to join our team. The role involves managing airline billing activities, handling revenue accounting processes, resolving airline queries, and ensuring accurate financial transactions related to passenger revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process airline revenue accounting transactions accurately and within timelines.
- Handle rejection and outward billing activities as per airline processes.
- Manage and respond to airline queries through a dedicated email mailbox.
- Review and validate passenger revenue data to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing and revenue records.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of transactions.
- Prepare reports and support daily operational activities.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with team members and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- IATA Certification or Diploma in Travel & Tourism preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of the airline, travel, or aviation industry will be an added advantage.
