Key Responsibilities

- Conduct technical training and coaching sessions on client onboarding, customer due diligence, adverse media, PEPs, and sanctions screening.
- Support and train staff in client screening and due diligence, including the effective use of relevant screening tools.
- Monitor learner performance, identify knowledge gaps, and provide targeted coaching and feedback.
- Ensure learners have a strong understanding of AML/CFT and Sanctions policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and controls.
- Deliver practical,



scenario-based training to strengthen learners ability to identify and manage AML/CFT and Sanctions risks.
- Collaborate with Operations and Quality Assurance teams to address training needs.
- Keep training content updated with regulatory changes, emerging risks, and financial crime typologies.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in AML/CFT, Financial Crime Compliance, and/or compliance training.
- Hands-on experience in Client Onboarding, KYC/CDD, and customer screening.
- Practical experience using client screening and due diligence tools, such as LSEG World-Check, LexisNexis or Accuity.
- Experience in assessing customer profiles, transactions, alerts, and potential AML/CFT and Sanctions risks.
- Previous experience within a banking or financial institution.
- Relevant degree, diploma, or professional qualifications, such as CAMS, ICA, or CFCS, is preferred.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrate ability to deliver effective classroom, practical, and scenario-based training.
