Job Title: GBS Accounts Head

Location: Noida

Key Responsibilities

- Build and scale GBS Accounting India as a Shared Service Center (SSC)
- Lead end-to-end accounting for India (incl. statutory, tax, and compliance topics)
- Drive transition of accounting and accounting-related activities into India
- Ensure service delivery excellence (quality, compliance, KPIs, SLAs)
- Standardize processes and drive automation / digitalization
- Act as key interface to global GBS, local management, and external stakeholders (e.g. auditors, authorities)
- Build and develop a high-performing, scalable organization

Profile

Experience

- 10+ years in Accounting / Finance, incl. leadership in SSC / GBS (e. g. CFO)
- Proven track record in SSC setup and/or leading country accounting organizations
- Experience in global transitions and offshore/BCC setups

Technical Expertise





- Robust end-to-end accounting expertise (AP, AR, GL, closing, reporting)
- Deep understanding of local GAAP, tax, and statutory requirements in India
- Experience with ERP environments (SAP + ideally legacy systems)

- Ability to balance global standardization vs. local compliance requirements
- Strong stakeholder management across global and local levels
