Key Responsibilities

- Handle international travel sales inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Understand clients travel requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Recommend suitable international destinations, itineraries, hotels, activities, and packages.
- Prepare and share customized quotations and itineraries.
- Follow up consistently with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Negotiate with clients and close sales while maintaining profitability.
- Coordinate with operations, ticketing, visa, and other internal teams for smooth execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and generate repeat and referral business.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on international destinations, travel trends, visa requirements, and travel regulations.

Requirements

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in International Travel Sales.
- Strong knowledge of international holiday destinations and travel products.
- Positive understanding of visa processes and travel documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and lead-conversion ability.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Experience with customized holiday packages will be an added advantage.

What Were looking for?

- We are looking for someone who is passionate about travel, confident in sales, excellent with clients, and motivated by targets and incentives.
- Prior experience handling travel to Japan, Maldives, Mauritius, and European destinations will be a plus.
