We are looking for an experienced and creative CAD Designer Computerized Embroidery to join our embroidery production team. The candidate will be responsible for converting artwork and design concepts into high-quality, production-ready embroidery programs for commercial embroidery machines.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare designs for multi-head computerized embroidery machines.
- Convert customer artwork, sketches, prints and design concepts into embroidery-ready files.
- Prepare embroidery programs according to required size, placement, stitch density and production specifications.
- Optimize designs for production to achieve good appearance, accurate registration and efficient machine running.
- Make embroidery samples and modify designs based on sample approval and buyer/customer feedback.
- Work closely with the production team to solve embroidery-related technical problems.
- Maintain proper records and archives of embroidery programs and approved designs
- Required Skills

- Strong experience in computerized embroidery digitizing/CAD.




- Good knowledge of embroidery construction, stitch types, density, sequencing and underlay.
- Practical understanding of embroidery production on commercial multi-head embroidery machines.
- Ability to troubleshoot embroidery design and production issues.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple designs/styles simultaneously.

Software Knowledge

Candidate should have hands-on experience with professional embroidery CAD/digitizing software such as: Wilcom , Pulse , Tajima etc.
