Key Responsibilities:
- Review medical records and assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS codes as applicable.
- Ensure coding is compliant with client and industry guidelines.
- Maintain accuracy and productivity targets.
- Review documentation and identify missing or unclear information.
- Follow quality standards and turnaround-time requirements.
- Work effectively with QA and operations teams.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant medical coding experience.
- Relevant coding certification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and coding guidelines.
- Experience in any of the above-mentioned specialties.
- Valuable communication and analytical skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within 1 month are preferred.
