Assistant Manager / Manager Sales & Business Development
We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive sales and business development through IFA/channel acquisition,
client relationship management, and distribution of financial products, particularly in the fixed-income and investment
space.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and onboard new IFA/channel partners and build long-term relationships.

Drive sales of fixed income products, bonds, NCDs, mutual funds, corporate FDs and other investment products.

Understand client and partner requirements and provide suitable investment solutions.

Conduct market and product analysis to identify new business opportunities.
¢
Develop and manage relationships with IFAs, distributors, SMEs and retail clients.
¢
Drive business through channel partners and achieve assigned sales targets.
¢
Support portfolio planning and provide investment-related product information to clients.
¢
Negotiate commercial opportunities and ensure effective deal closure.
¢
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for business growth.
¢




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client servicing.
¢
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA / PGDM / Graduate in Finance, Sales, Marketing or a related discipline.
¢
36 years of experience in financial product sales, distribution, wealth management or capital markets.
¢
Experience in IFA acquisition/channel sales will be preferred.
¢
Good understanding of fixed income, bonds, NCDs, mutual funds and other investment products.
¢
Solid communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
¢
Target-oriented with strong business development capabilities.
¢
Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
¢
NISM certification in Mutual Funds or relevant financial-market certification is preferred.
