Job Title: Product Technical Specialist Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Implementation Engineer

About the Team

The Technical Solutions team at Redington helps customers and channel partners adopt and implement leading Cybersecurity solutions. The team works closely with Business, Sales, OEMs, and partners across solution consulting, demonstrations, POCs, implementation, enablement, and post-sales support.

Who Were Looking For

We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Cybersecurity Product Technical Specialist with hands-on experience in cybersecurity and exposure to Pre-Sales, Implementation, and/or Post-Sales activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills, good troubleshooting ability, and experience working with customers, partners, Sales teams, and OEMs.

Experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet, Trellix, Trend Micro, F5, SentinelOne, Zscaler, or similar cybersecurity technologies is preferred.

Your Role

As a Cybersecurity Product Technical Specialist, you will provide technical support across the customer lifecycle, including solution consulting, product demonstrations, POCs, implementation, troubleshooting, and post-sales support.

You will work closely with Business, Sales, OEM, and Channel Partner teams to deliver the right cybersecurity solutions and ensure successful customer adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable cybersecurity solutions.
- Support Sales and Business teams in customer engagements.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, workshops, and POCs.
- Support solution design, technical proposals, BOMs,



and documentation.
- Coordinate with OEMs for solution validation and technical support.

Implementation & Deployment

- Deploy, configure, and implement cybersecurity solutions.
- Support migration, rollout, integration, testing, and validation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation.
- Prepare implementation plans and technical documentation.

Post-Sales Support

- Provide technical support after deployment.
- Troubleshoot product and implementation-related issues.
- Coordinate with OEMs for advanced troubleshooting and escalations.
- Support customers and partners throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Conduct technical training and knowledge-transfer sessions.

Documentation

Ability to prepare technical documents such as:





- Technical Proposals
- Solution Design / HLD / LLD
- SOW and BOM
- Implementation & Migration Plans
- Test Plans
- Technical Reports and As-built Documentation

Candidate Profile

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Cybersecurity / Security Engineering / Implementation.
- 5-8 years for senior or multi-technology cybersecurity roles.
- Experience in Pre-Sales, Implementation and/or Post-Sales.
- Hands-on experience with one or more cybersecurity products.
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience with demos, workshops, and POCs.
- Ability to work with customers, partners, Sales teams, and OEMs.
- Willingness to travel based on business requirements.
- Strong learning ability and interest in multiple cybersecurity technologies.
