About the Role

Required Skills

We are looking for an experienced Senior M365 Endpoint Engineer / Administrator with strong expertise in Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies, Endpoint Management, Identity & Access Management, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing enterprise-scale M365 environments and delivering secure, modern endpoint solutions.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in M365 Endpoint Administration/Engineering.
Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and IDAM.
Hands-on expertise in Intune, Autopilot, Windows 11, EMS, iOS, and Android device management.
Experience with Citrix Cloud and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
Advanced Application Packaging experience.




Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support enterprise Microsoft 365 Endpoint Management environments.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Identity & Access Management (IDAM) solutions.
- Implement and support Windows 11, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS), iOS, and Android device management.
- Design, deploy, and support Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions including Citrix Cloud and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
- Perform advanced application packaging, deployment, and lifecycle management.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize endpoint management platforms and end-user computing
