Role & responsibilities

Responsible for evaluating and underwriting loan applications received via digital channels. Focus on quick, accurate decisioning with policy adherence, KYC verification, fraud checks, and coordination with stakeholders to achieve seamless, paperless disbursements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of BCMs for smooth functioning of disbursements
- Follow the process after soft sanctions of cases.
- Adhere the compliance of sanction conditions of Legal & Technical.
- Disbursement of cheques
- Follow-up with legal vendor for transactions
- Collection, Submission & Dispatch of OPP

Skills Required:

- Proficiency in digital KYC, fraud control, and MIS tools.
- Attention to detail and compliance orientation.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

- Graduate / Post-Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- 4-7 years in credit disbursement with team handling experience.
