JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst with strong Banking or Cards Domain expertise to drive product vision, business analysis,



requirement gathering, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and technology teams, ensuring successful delivery of innovative banking and payments solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage and prioritize product backlog aligned with business goals and roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with business users, product managers, architects, developers, QA teams, and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and solution reviews.
- Act as the voice of the customer by ensuring business requirements are accurately understood and delivered.
- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
- Drive Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user story refinement.
- Support UAT activities and ensure business sign-off for delivered solutions.
- Work with Banking and Cards stakeholders to define and implement business solutions.
- Track delivery milestones, dependencies, risks, and business outcomes.

Skills Required

Domain Expertise

- Strong experience in Banking and Financial Services domain.
- Hands-on experience in Cards Domain including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Payments, Acquiring, Issuing, Merchant Services, or Digital Payments.
- Understanding of banking operations, regulatory requirements, and payment processing workflows.

Product Owner / BA Skills





- Experience in Requirement Gathering and Business Analysis.
- Expertise in writing User Stories, BRDs, FRDs, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Functional Specifications.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to perform business process mapping and gap analysis.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Agile & Tools

- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Product Lifecycle Management.
- Exposure to Sprint Planning, Backlog Prioritization, and Release Planning.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
- 6 to 10 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Functional Consultant.
- Proven experience delivering Banking or Cards-related projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with leading Banking or Payments organizations.
- Exposure to Digital Banking, Mobile Banking, Payments Modernization, or FinTech platforms.
- Certification in CBAP, CSPO, PSPO, PMI-PBA, or equivalent is an added advantage.
