Core Responsibilities

The Video Post-Production Artist is responsible for editing, enhancing, localizing, and delivering high-quality educational and promotional video content. The role involves traditional post-production workflows as well as AI-assisted video, audio, and multilingual content generation.

1. Video Editing

- Perform rough-cut editing by removing repetitions, pauses, lags, and unwanted content from recorded timelines.
- Organize and structure raw footage into a coherent sequence.
- Ensure continuity, pacing, and flow throughout the video.
- Chroma keying (green screen keying) and background replacement.
- Color correction and color balancing for visual consistency.
- Fine-tuning visual elements, transitions, and effects.

2. Audio Processing

- Audio leveling and loudness normalization.
- Background noise removal and audio cleanup.
- Synchronization of audio with video content.
- Enhancement of speech clarity and overall listening experience.3.

3. Quality Control & Delivery

- Export First-Cut versions for review.
- Incorporate Video Quality Check (VQC) feedback.
- Incorporate Technical Quality Check (TQC) feedback.
- Render and export final master files.

4. AI-Based Video Generation

- Ensure avatar appearance, voice, and presentation align with project requirements.




- Generate complete course videos using AI scholar avatars.
- Create short video and inserts to correct pronunciation issues or script modifications.

6. Script Preparation

- Format and optimize scripts for AI video generation platforms such as HeyGen and similar tools.
- Ensure scripts comply with platform requirements for voice synthesis and avatar delivery.

7. AI-Based Audio Generation

- Generate AI-based voiceovers using text-to-speech platforms.
- Create cloned voice models based on scholars or presenters.
- Maintain voice consistency across all generated content.
- Generate replacement audio clips for:
- Mispronounced words
- Revised scripts
- Additional content updates

- Synchronize generated audio with video content.
- Optimize generated audio for clarity and natural delivery.

8. Asset Management and Documentation

- Maintain organized project files and media assets.
- Manage version control for video, audio, and translated content.
- Track revisions, feedback cycles, and final approvals.
- Maintain project documentation and production records.
- Coordinate with instructional designers, content creators, scholars, translators, and quality assurance teams.
- Support production workflows to ensure timely project completion.
