Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role in a product development environment.

• Ability to translate complex technical information into easily understandable terms for non-technical

audiences.

• Experience with agile development methodologies.

• Familiarity with various software development technologies and platforms.

• Robust understanding of data modelling and database concepts.

• Understanding of APIs, including how systems integrate, exchange data, and support end-to-end business

processes.

• Awareness of AI capabilities, use cases, and responsible adoption, with the ability to identify opportunities





where AI-enabled solutions can improve efficiency, insights, and user experience.

• Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).

• Experience with testing and quality assurance methodologies.

• An experienced TBA, or equivalent experience in a role centered around process transformation or improving

user experience.

• Experience in analyzing and documenting customer journeys, user flows, and interaction models.

• Understanding of how technical decisions impact the end-user experience and the ability to advocate for user-

centric solutions.
