Key Responsibilities

- Administer, install, configure, patch, upgrade, maintain, and monitor Windows Server environments, including Windows Server 2012, 2019, 2022, and 2025.
- Provide Windows Server administration within an Active Directory environment, including:
- Active Directory
- DNS
- DHCP
- Group Policy Management
- Hyper-V

- Perform hardware and software installation, operating system installation/upgrades, OS performance tuning, and advanced troubleshooting.
- Manage and support Microsoft Azure, including Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
- Administer AWS cloud infrastructure, storage platforms, and backup solutions.
- Provide complete administration and support for the Microsoft 365 setting, including primary on-site support for Microsoft 365-related issues.
- Support Single Sign-On (SSO) using Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Perform administrative scripting, automation, and reporting using PowerShell.
- Manage and troubleshoot network, storage, database, and user application-related issues.
- Administer and support SQL Server 2012/2016, including backup, restore, and basic scripting.
- Handle system configuration, project-related user requests, and the implementation of the latest security patches and updates.
- Provide support for VoIP technologies, including Polycom, Vonage Cloud applications, and VoIP phones.
- Troubleshoot Windows Server systems using remote management and support technologies such as:

- iDRAC




- Dell & HP Server management tools
- RDP
- LogMeIn
- AnyDesk
- AnyViewer

- Manage and troubleshoot File Servers/FTP, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, Outlook configuration, and email-related issues.
- Analyze, log, track, and resolve complex Windows Server, application, hardware, and infrastructure issues using service ticketing tools.
- Administer backup and storage technologies, including:

- Dell Storage Server
- Synology NAS
- Dropbox Cloud

- Configure and administer Firewalls and Network Switches, preferably SonicWall.
- Create and administer IPSec VPN and SSL VPN, including configuration/modification of firewall rules and load-balancing rules.
- Monitor system performance, availability, security, and overall infrastructure health.
- Manage hardware, software, operating systems, and IT assets.
- Troubleshoot desktop, server, network, printer, and application-related issues.
- Perform regular system backups and assist with Disaster Recovery (DR) activities.
- Apply security patches, updates, antivirus solutions, and system-hardening measures.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi, and other network services.
- Manage user access, permissions, security policies, and related administrative activities.




- Administer and troubleshoot Trend Micro Antivirus and desktop/hardware-related issues.
- Support and troubleshoot network printers and other peripheral devices.
- Identify and resolve computer software and hardware issues within development environments and provide timely IT support.
- Ensure all computers and systems connected to the network remain operational and functional.
- Manage and support CCTV console systems and backups.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, validation documents, SOPs, IT policies, and infrastructure-related reports.
- Monitor infrastructure trends and proactively identify potential issues.
