- Create and manage LOD 400 BIM models for precast & GRC elements in Revit
- Build and maintain Revit families
- Run clash detection and coordination in Navisworks (NWC)
- Model structural components - precast panels and GRC connections
- Lead project coordination, mentor juniors, and support 4D simulations
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of BIM modeling experience, focused on precast & GRC
- Solid Revit and Navisworks proficiency (Rhino is a plus)
- Solid grasp of BIM processes and industry standards
- Degree or diploma in Engineering or Architecture
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and effective in a remote team
