Job Overview

Agile Ventures is looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter with robust expertise in end-to-end technical recruitment and IT talent sourcing, particularly across Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging technologies.

The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, excellent technical understanding, and the ability to identify and engage niche technology professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and niche IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Strong sourcing experience across AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, GenAI, Python, Data Engineering, and related technologies.
- Understand technical requirements and identify relevant candidate profiles.
- Conduct initial screening, candidate engagement, and interview coordination.




- Maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.
- Work closely with hiring teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver quality profiles.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain recruitment trackers/ATS.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Strong hands-on experience in technical sourcing and recruitment.
- Positive understanding of Data Science, AI/ML, GenAI, Data Engineering, and related technologies.
- Strong experience with Boolean search, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent candidate engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple technical requirements simultaneously.
- Experience hiring for niche/advanced technology roles will be an advantage.

Location Preference

Hyderabad/ Pune Chennai/local candidates preferred, as this is a work-from-office opportunity.
