### Candidate Profile

* Candidates with **Life Insurance Banca experience** can apply.

* **Team handling experience is mandatory.**

* Strong experience in managing **Banca sales teams and IDFC Bank business** will be preferred.

* Should have good relationship management and business development skills.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage and drive the performance of the Banca sales team.

* Achieve business and revenue targets through the IDFC Bank partnership.

* Build and maintain robust relationships with bank stakeholders.

* Drive lead generation, customer acquisition and policy sales.

* Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly targets.

* Coach, mentor and motivate team members for improved productivity.

* Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
