GCP DevOps
Job Summary
Leads DevOps teams delivering secure, scalable cloud platforms. Owns CI/CD strategy, automation, and reliability for services on GCP and Kubernetes, embedding DevOps culture and improving delivery outcomes through intelligent tooling.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and performance manage DevOps engineers.
• Define CI/CD standards using Harness pipelines and automated quality gates.
• Ensure reliability, availability, and performance of platforms on GCP and Kubernetes.
• Drive automation and AI enabled monitoring to reduce incidents and downtime.
• Champion DevOps, Agile, and continuous improvement practices.
• Communicate engineering outcomes and risks to senior stakeholders.
Essential Skills & Experience




• Experience leading DevOps or Platform teams in enterprise cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
• Experience with Harness, Jenkins pipeline tools.
• Proven delivery of operational resilience and observability improvements.
• Exposure to AI assisted automation, predictive alerting, or intelligent monitoring.
