Role & responsibilities

1)Ensure high equipment availability (Target: >95% or as per plant standard

2) Minimize breakdown hours and improve MTBF

3)Develop and monitor PM schedules

4) Lead major breakdown analysis

5) Prepare annual maintenance budget

6) Ensure strict compliance with PTW & LOTO

7) Conduct safety audits & risk assessments

Required Competencies

1) In-depth knowledge of Hot strip mill/Plate Mill equipment

2) Knowledge of SAP PM / CMMS

3) KPI monitoring (MTBF, MTTR, Availability, OEE)

4) Solid team leadership & people management
