Role & responsibilities:

Listed Company Comms: Own Annual Report (Chairman/MD messages, business review), work with Company Secretary on disclosures, quarterly results & investor narratives

Corp Comms: Lead corporate communications

Media & PR: Solid media relations (national, business, healthcare, lifestyle), earned media, manage PR agencies, launches & campaigns

Leadership Profiling: Visibility for Chairperson, CEOs, CXOs - articles, speeches, LinkedIn, panels, awards

Healthcare Comms: Simplify clinical concepts (transition care, assisted living, memory care etc) into consumer stories

Internal Comms: Townhalls, leadership comms, culture & employer brand with HR

Preferred candidate profile :

- 10+ yrs total in PR / Corp Comms
- Min 2-3 yrs IN-HOUSE in a LISTED company
- Must have owned Annual Report end-to-end
- Must have worked with Company Secretary / Compliance on disclosures
- Must have done CXO/Chairperson profiling
