Manage and supervise a team of customer support advisors.
Share daily reports, RCA, and action plans with management.
Coordinate with Quality, Training, and WFM teams for performance improvement.
Handle shrinkage, rostering, and floor activities.
Required Candidate profile
Positive communication and team handling skills.
Strong knowledge of SLA, AHT, CSAT, and productivity metrics.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader.
