Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer queries for UK/International clients
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and accurately




- Provide accurate information using company tools and systems
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Follow up with customers when required
- Meet quality and productivity targets
- Work comfortably in rotational/night shifts

Eligibility

- Graduates & Undergraduates can apply

- Good English communication skills
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts
