Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Shift Engineer who can independently handle and maintain all electrical systems and utilities of the facility. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of HT/LT systems, DG sets, transformers, electrical panels, fire systems, elevators, and utility equipment. Preference will be given to immediate joiners.

Key Responsibilities

- Operation and maintenance of 33 KV HT Line, HT/LT Panels, VCB, RMU, and associated electrical distribution systems.
- Monitoring, operation, and preventive maintenance of Transformers, DG Sets, Synchronization Panels, and AMF Panels.
- Troubleshooting and rectification of electrical faults during shifts.
- Ensuring smooth functioning of all LT Panels, PCC Panels, MCC Panels, Capacitor Banks, and Electrical Control Panels.
- Operation and maintenance of Fire Alarm Systems, Fire Pumps, Fire Hydrant Systems, and Fire Station Equipment.
- Monitoring and coordinating maintenance activities for Elevators, Escalators, and Lifts.
- Managing electrical safety procedures and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Maintaining daily logs, shift reports, breakdown records, and preventive maintenance schedules.




- Coordinating with vendors and AMC service providers for specialized equipment maintenance.
- Ensuring uninterrupted power supply and utility services throughout the facility.
- Energy monitoring, load management, and electrical consumption control.
- Handling emergency breakdown situations and taking corrective actions promptly.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical Engineering.
- Electrical Supervisor License will be preferred.

Experience

- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in Hotels, Commercial Buildings, Hospitals, Malls, Manufacturing Plants, or Facility Management.
- Experience in handling complete electrical operations during shifts.

Candidate Profile

- Immediate Joiner preferred.
- Able to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and team coordination abilities.
- Capable of independently managing critical electrical and utility systems.
