operations and supporting ambitious initiatives across identity management,
cloud platforms, endpoint security, and infrastructure operations. Your efforts

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Collaborate with Cybersecurity teams to assist with identity and access
management platforms, including Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, CrowdStrike,
Qualys, and Microsoft Intune.
* Manage identity lifecycle activities, including user provisioning,
modifications, and de-provisioning in accordance with security and compliance
requirements.
* Deploy and support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access,
endpoint compliance policies, and access governance controls.
* Implement infrastructure updates, security patches, and technology




improvements that improve system security and operational efficiency.
* Assist with vulnerability remediation, access reviews, audit activities, and
compliance initiatives.
* Work together with Infrastructure and Cybersecurity teams to guarantee
consistency in security controls, operational requirements, and risk
management priorities.
* Support and maintain virtualized environments using VMware, Hyper-V, and
Nutanix technologies.
* Contribute to the implementation and management of hybrid cloud solutions
spanning on-premises and cloud environments.
* Set up, manage, and resolve issues in Windows Server environments across
development, testing, and production platforms.
* Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity, proactively
identifying and resolving issues before they impact operations.
