Consultant Manufacturing Excellence - 4 Years- Odisha
We are hiring a Consultant / Senior Consultant Manufacturing Excellence with experience to drive manufacturing transformation, Lean initiatives, OEE improvement, Focused Improvement Projects , Daily Work Management and shop-floor performance. The role offers hands-on exposure to manufacturing plants and senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct manufacturing diagnostics across Production, Maintenance, Quality, Reliability, OEE and Planning.
2. Lead and implement Focused Improvement Projects (FIPs) from problem identification to benefit validation.
3. Drive Daily Work Management / Daily Management Systems and KPI review mechanisms.
4. Identify OEE losses and improve productivity, throughput and plan adherence.
5. Implement Lean practices including Kaizen, 5S, VSM, SMED and Standard Work.
6. Develop KPI dashboards, management reports and executive presentations.

Requirements :

1. 4+ years of experience in Manufacturing Operations, Operational Excellence, Lean Transformation or Management Consulting.
2. B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Manufacturing, Metallurgy or related discipline preferred.
3. Hands-on experience working with manufacturing plants is essential.
4. Strong exposure to Manufacturing Excellence, Lean, OEE, FIPs and Daily Management Systems.
5. Experience in steel, metals, cement, chemicals, automotive or other asset-intensive industries preferred.
