Creates recent or improves existing platforms, and ensures application software and databases are effectively and efficiently designed, produced, tested, and meets business requirements. Has knowledge of stateofthe art programming languages and objectoriented approaches in designing, coding, testing, and debugging programs. Understands programming languages in depth and can apply to designs.

Qualifications
- University Degree and minimum 7 years of prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
