We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Design & Logistics Engineering professional to drive warehouse design, material flow planning, capacity optimization and logistics engineering initiatives. The role will work closely with Methods Engineering, Warehouse, SCM, Operations, IT and Finance teams to design productive warehouse systems and improve logistics performance.

This Opportunity for a reputed MNC Organization based at Attibele, Bangalore Location.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and optimize warehouses, distribution centres and material handling systems.
- Define and maintain PFEP (Plan for Every Part) for current and future product/process lines.
- Drive intralogistics and material flow planning for new products and continuous improvement projects.
- Perform warehouse capacity planning, storage density and space utilization analysis.
- Conduct slotting analysis, material flow studies and picking productivity improvement.
- Select and optimize MHE (Material Handling Equipment) based on operational requirements.
- Develop labor models and cost-benefit analysis for warehouse operations.
- Lead logistics process improvement across inbound, outbound and warehousing operations.
- Support warehouse automation, digitalization,



dashboards and data visibility projects.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of logistics projects.
- Benchmark industry best practices and drive Lean Warehousing / Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Support CAPEX optimization, project planning and timely project execution.
