Roles and Responsibilties

1. Client Acquisition: Researching and gathering information about job fairs and relevant recruitment advertisements.

2. Collaboration: Working closely with employers, and industry partners to pinpoint job opportunities for students.

3. Relationship Development: Cultivating and maintaining solid relationships with employers and industry professionals to grasp their hiring needs and preferences.

4. Needs Assessment: Identifying the needs and expectations of companies to help them recruit the most suitable candidates.

5. Placement Coordination: Managing the placement process, including scheduling interviews, facilitating job offers, and monitoring placement outcomes.

6. Networking:



Organizing and participating in career fairs, networking events, and employer presentations to promote placement opportunities and foster relationships.

7. Record: Maintain the record of the executive students of their past experience, CTC, Notice period, skills, roles and responsibility and accordingly help them with the final placement.
