- Source and purchase raw materials, consumables, and packaging materials from vendors to meet production requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing suppliers to negotiate prices, delivery terms, and quality standards.
- Conduct market research to identify new potential suppliers and opportunities for cost savings.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 10-16 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles within the FMCG industry.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing processes, including vendor development, negotiation, and contract management.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g., production teams) and external partners (vendors).
- Ability to analyze data to inform strategic decisions on material selection, pricing strategy, and inventory management.
